In this exponentially changing world, it’s easy to see tools others are using and want to adopt them yourself. Especially when as a recent grad, that’s all you see on your socials.
“Top 5 AI tools to optimize your workflow.”
“10 Best Apps to Help You Focus.”
“Ultimate List of 50 Tools to Replace ChatGPT and Canva.”
Just using them because you saw something cool online and forcing that into your personal operating system is a horrible reason to use them.
Instead, I’d find a specific thing that you’d like to address.
“I hate that I’m always late for my meetings or missing them altogether.”
You don’t need AI tools to fix that.
1) Set your manual clocks to a few minutes ahead so you have buffer
2a) Put every scheduled thing on your calendar
2b) Create a calendar widget on your phone and put that on your home screen
3) If you generally run over meeting times, then set a buffer of 15-30 minutes in between meetings so that’s already baked in. Or what I personally like to do now is make meetings 45 minutes long.
See? No forcefeeding AI into my workflow and problem still solved. ✅
So invest time to figure out what the ACTUAL issue is and see how you can SIMPLY solve it before forcing the newest, coolest AI tool into your workflow.
